Return Policy Conditions We want you to be happy with your purchase! Because many BLT Fur & Fun products are handmade, personalized, or natural one-of-a-kind items, the following conditions apply: Returns: Eligible unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Skulls, bones, furs & other natural materials: Natural variation—including differences in color, texture, shape, tooth wear/loss, small cracks, scars, holes, or other natural imperfections—is expected and is not considered a defect. Please review listing photos and descriptions carefully, particularly for one-of-a-kind specimens where you will receive the exact item pictured. Damaged or incorrect orders: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right. Return approval: Please contact BLT Fur & Fun before sending a return. Items returned without prior approval may not be eligible for a refund.
