Sales tax is collected from the buyer and remitted by us; payment processing applies to the tax portion too, so a taxed sale nets a few cents less than shown. Funds are released on the later of 35 days after the order is placed and 10 days after confirmed delivery.

When is the listing fee charged?
The $0.20 listing fee is charged only when an item sells — once per item sold. Listing items is always free, and you're never charged for inventory that doesn't sell.
What does the platform fee cover?
The 6% platform fee is charged on item price plus shipping (not on sales tax). It covers hosting, search, seller tools, and ongoing development. It is only charged when a sale is completed — not on listing or browsing.
What is the payment processing fee?
Stripe's base US card rate is 2.9% + $0.30. We charge a flat 3% + $0.30 on the full charge (including the sales-tax portion) to cover processing costs that run above that base — international cards, currency conversion, and chargebacks. We don't treat processing as a profit center; our margin is the platform fee. It also covers secure card processing, fraud protection, and direct ACH deposits to your connected bank account.
Why is there a separate sales tax compliance fee?
The $0.50 per-order fee covers automatic sales tax calculation (across thousands of US jurisdictions) and remittance to state tax authorities on your behalf. As marketplace facilitator, we handle the tax paperwork so you don't have to register or file in each state where you sell. We aim to lower this fee over time as transaction volume grows.
Are there any monthly or subscription fees?
No. There are no monthly fees, setup fees, or subscription tiers. Listing items is free — you only pay fees when you make a sale.
How do I get paid?
Payouts go directly to your bank account via Stripe Connect. Funds are released on the later of 35 days after the order is placed and 10 days after confirmed delivery. Standard ACH transfer times apply based on your bank.
Do I need a business account to sell?
No. Individual sellers can sign up with a personal Stripe account. You will need to provide your name, address, and bank details to receive payouts.
